Satisfied/Refunded Assistance Warranty
Our technicians test and verify the products at the time of packaging.
We offer 60 days of free assistance for manufacturing defects of low-cost rifles (over €100), not for damages caused by misuse. As for purchases, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Once the free assistance has expired, a service of assistance with one of our technicians will be at your disposal for repairs, modifications, and various assistance. The cost of labor is €14.00 per hour.
SOFT AIR RASTELLI HAS AN INTERNAL TECHNICIAN FOR REPAIRS, ASSISTANCE, AND MODIFICATIONS TO RIFLES AND PISTOLS.
Quotes will be provided upon specific request by the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the case of a purchase agreement taking place outside commercial premises, the sale is subject to Directive no. 85\577 CEE, which provides for the possibility for the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal. This also includes internet purchases made solely by end-users, excluding authorized resellers and companies. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate with SOFT AIR RASTELLI, based in San Marino Republic (RSM), VIA CONTRADA DEL COLLEGIO 7, 47890 SAN MARINO CITTA', within 10 days of receiving the goods, by means of a registered letter with return receipt, sent within the same period and confirmed by a registered letter with advice of receipt within the following 48 hours, their decision - even without motivation - to exercise the right of withdrawal; indicating name, surname, address, telephone number, a copy of the purchase document, and serial number. Also, within the tenth day, the user must return the products subject to withdrawal, in perfect condition, in the original packaging, and complete with all accessories supplied at the time of purchase, along with the purchase document. The shipping costs are borne by the end-user. Within 30 days of receiving the returned product, SOFT AIR RASTELLI will credit the buyer with the paid amount, minus only the additional expenses (delivery costs and any cash on delivery fee).

In the event that the conclusion of a purchase contract takes place outside commercial premises, such a sale is subject to Directive no.85\577 CEE, which provides for the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal. This also includes purchases made via the internet, made by the end user only, excluding authorized resellers and companies. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate to SOFT AIR RASTELLI with registered office in the Republic of San Marino (RSM), VIA CONTRADA DEL COLLEGIO 7, 47890 SAN MARINO CITTA', within 10 days of receipt of the goods, by registered letter with return receipt, sent within the same period and confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within forty-eight hours of the customer's decision - even if not motivated - to exercise the right of withdrawal; indicating, name, surname, address, telephone number, copy of the purchase document, serial number. Also, within the tenth day, the user must return to Soft Air Rastelli the products subject to the withdrawal, in perfect condition, in the original packaging and complete with all accessories provided at the time of purchase, together with the purchase document. The shipping costs are borne by the end user. Within 30 days of receiving the returned product, Soft Air Rastelli will credit the purchaser with the amount paid, minus only the incidental expenses (delivery charges and any cash on delivery fee).
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased item, they can exchange it for another item or request a refund within 10 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in perfect aesthetic, packaging, and functional condition. Therefore, items that are clearly used, in poor aesthetic or packaging conditions, tampered with by the customer or third parties, will not be covered by the 'Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back' policy. If the customer still wants to return an item, we can collect it and evaluate it as used. To access the policy, it will be sufficient to communicate your request via email, fax, or phone. The shipping costs will be paid by the customer. The most economical method to return an ASG is through regular mail: Shipment: Ordinary Package of Poste Italiane. Describe the reasons for the return
Malfunctioning: Indicate, to the extent possible, the defects found in the delivered merchandise.
Exchange: Specify the model, brand, and code of the items you want to exchange.
Refund: Indicate the chosen payment method for the refund and the necessary coordinates.
Refunds will be made via Ricarica Poste Pay or PayPal. Softair Rastelli always strives to satisfy its customers as much as possible.
